Transaero and the Tu-154

[edit]

I did add a while ago that Transaero operated Tu-154's when they first started operations, but that was removed as there was no source, which a quick Google search fixes:

https://www.airliners.net/photo/Aeroflot-Transaero-Airlines/Tupolev-Tu-154S/816645/L

I may have accidentally messed up the layout, which was not my intention, but it looked fine on my screen when I published it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.227.160.206 (talk) 22:25, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Fleet list is messed up

[edit]

All information that should be below the fleet list is mashed up into the fleet list and ruins the article. Please fix it since I don't know how to do it and make sure you either warn or block the person who made that disruptive edit (your choice) since Wikipedia should not have any editors who intentionally put disruptive edits that ruin articles.72.89.35.142 (talk) 03:01, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I have sorted it. The editor who made the edit that broke the table is a regular on here and of good character. I do not believe he would have intentionally done this. Thanks --JetBlast (talk) 08:25, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, sorry! My mistake. Thanks for pointing it out. —Compdude123 17:57, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is Transaero buying 4 more 777-300s or is that untrue

[edit]

In the 777-300 part in the fleet table, it says it is ordering 4 more 777-300s. Is it true or should it be removed. Please let me know and if those airfract are on order, where are they getting them from.72.89.35.142 (talk) 02:05, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not true. As usually they opted for used aircraft. They bought the now bancrupt Varig's airplanes (777-200ER) with PW engines while their previous "order" of 11 SIA 777s had Trents. Leo711 (talk) 18:24, 22 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Transaero AirlinesTransaeroTransaero already redirects to Transaero Airlines. Per WP:COMMONNAME and WP:CONCISE, such a name change would be suitable. --Relisted. George Ho (talk) 06:03, 1 July 2015 (UTC) Regards, Sovereign/Sentinel 17:10, 24 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism

[edit]

Someone had changed word "Russian" to "ruSSian" throughout the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.149.232.157 (talk) 18:00, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ceased date

[edit]

Please stop adding the ceased date in the infobox. December 15, 2015 hasn't approached yet and the airline has not ceased operations yet. Please wait until the date arrives. Citydude1017 (talk) 06:17, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
