- should say born in Mayo
having moved to Dublin at a very young age. Lyons playing career ended early when he was injured in a club match for Crokes > make a link . He was accidently kneed in the stomach and his injuries were so bad that he received the last right > as in the holy thing ? on three seperate occasions. (Gnevin 14:06, 29 May 2006 (UTC))

- Ok have made minor changes and rv'd back , as for the link that was me not thinking it thru proberly i meant link to Kilmacud Crokes but its been done in the opening line (Gnevin 20:23, 29 May 2006 (UTC))
