Tom Butters → Tom Butters (politician) – Between the Canadian politician and the American sports figure, there is no clear primary topic for the name Tom Butters; thus, I propose we move this article and create a disambiguation page at "Tom Butters". If we look at page views data between the two articles, the sports figure article is slightly more popular and occasionally has big spikes (the April 2016 spike is due to his death on March 31, 2016, and, based on some googling, the spikes in June 2021 and March 2022 come from articles about the retirement of Mike Kryzewski, the famous basketball coach who first rose to promenance after Tom Butters hired him). If you google "Tom Butters", Google assumes you're interested in the sports figure and only shows links related to him. IagoQnsi (talk) 07:25, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
- Note: I have also started a discussion to move Tom Butters (baseball) to Tom Butters (sports). See Talk:Tom Butters (baseball)#Requested move 5 September 2022 for that. –IagoQnsi (talk) 07:40, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
- Support per nom, DAB at base name, no PRIMARY.--Ortizesp (talk) 19:22, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
