end of NSB passenger services

[edit]

The language about the end of NSB passenger services on the line is at best confusing and at worst wrong.

It says "The passenger trains, operated by NSB, had been discontinued already in 1985.".

I went to Tinnoset by NSB train on 25th July 1988. According to my notes, the train was the 1525 from Porsgrunn to Tinnoset, returning as the 1740 from Tinnoset to Skien.

If there were passenger services the other side of the train ferry, to Rjukan, then those might have ceased in 1985 but services were still running as far as Tinnoset in 1988.
