Comments
[edit]This is a very high standard and well written article. The checklists are being ticked off quite quickly. I’ll get something done about the following orphan links:

- @UnidentifiedX, thanks for the comments. The first link, "first mortgage", is just a senior mortgage loan (if there is a second mortgage or other junior mortgage loans, then the lien on the first mortgage would be resolved first). I don't know why that is a red link, since it would work as a redirect. As for the other two, they may be notable per WP:REDLINK. Park Tower in particular has developed several buildings in NYC, so it is definitely notable. – Epicgenius (talk) 12:18, 27 May 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for the response. This article has checked off the assessment criteria. We are waiting for someone to make the article(s) The Middle Watch (play), Park Tower Realty and Daishin Securities; they’ll be a simple stub classed article.
