@Jarble: It arose in the peer review. I believe there is too much emphasis on the military and political to the exclusion of the cultural. In addition, there is no introduction other than a repeat of the title. Hope this helps. Thanks. No Great Shaker (talk) 04:11, 15 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
