Why do we even need this article?

This article doesn't seem necessary, there is already an article on Cannabis in Canada, (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Cannabis_in_Canada) I do not think this article is necessary, and there isn't much in it. This 'timeline' was so incomplete, it was useless. I set it to redirect to Cannabis in Canada. If somebody has the time and inclination to create a proper timeline, they can undo my edit. PK T(alk) 21:44, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
