Title

Ownership unbundling is only one aspect other EU third energy package. Currently there is no article on the third energy package, so I propose to move this article to 3rd Energy Package and expand it to cover all aspects of the package. Beagel (talk) 06:03, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
