Titus Makin Jr.

Why does the English Wikipedia not know anything about Titus Makin Jr. to say? He has a formative role in the series. The German Wikipedia is further ahead and has dedicated an entry to him - quite rightly. Molekuelorbital (talk) 00:03, 15 July 2022 (UTC)

Character table

MOS:TVCAST gives clear guidelines of when to exclude. First its if its less than 3 seasons. Second it its minimal changes. Since this show has had over 50% of the show cast change and 5 seasons, it does not meet either criteria. The only reason given by @Drmargi:is in essence Wikipedia:IDONTLIKEIT which is not a valid excuse. Please give a policy based reason to exclude, as your revisions are against the style guide. - Galatz גאליץ^{שיחה Talk} 12:57, 25 August 2023 (UTC)

It's hardly a matter of WP:IDONTLIKEIT, which trivializes my concerns. The table is massive for such a small cast, and provides precious little information given its size. WP practice is to commit information to narrative, using a table only when that can't be accomplished. The changes to the cast are relatively few (percentage notwithstanding), and easy explained and understood with the cast descriptions. The table is simply unnecessary bulk that forces readers to scroll past it to get to the key information about the cast and characters. --Dr.Margi ✉ 17:06, 25 August 2023 (UTC)

Clearly many people disagree with you since its been added multiple times by multiple people. Your comment "changes to the cast are relatively few (percentage notwithstanding)" doesn't really make sense to me. What are you measuring the changes in other than the percent of people? I'm trying to prevent further long term edit warring on this page. Per WP:SILENTCONSENSUS If an editor withdraws without comment the other editor should, before assuming consent, {{ping}} the silent editor and alert them that their silence will be construed as agreement. @Drmargi:, this is that notice. You have been silent for over a week now and further silence will be understood as a consensus. I didn't have an opinion on this initially, and probably would not have taken the time to add it myself, but with the number of cast changes this series has had, I believe that it's useful to provide a fast summary to our readers. Twelve main cast members is not a "small cast", Reservation Dogs is a small cast with four, or even the six over at Magnum P.I.. If the bulky size is your main issue, perhaps minimalizing to this would help:

I do believe the positions of the characters changing from one season to the next is rather trivial and could be constrained to the character descriptions or episode summaries, and it does cut the size of the table nearly in half. TheDoctorWho (talk) 18:13, 6 September 2023 (UTC)

Home media?

As far as I know, the only season of this show released officially by ABC or eOne was season 1; seasons 2-5 are available on DVD from a few vendors on eBay, mostly shipping from China.
