Newspaper of record?

Despite what has been asserted during the AFD, I do like to note that this newspaper does not seem to fall into the definition of "newspaper of record". However, as the AFD was closed as "keep", I will respect the community decision and am removing this article on a tiny newspaper from my watchlist. --Randykitty (talk) 14:25, 22 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
