Publication date

What is the correct publication date of this book? The artilce says 2006, but as far as I can tell, that date refers to the single-volume edition of the collection. Since there are two articles about this title, they must refer to the older two-volume serial which was published earler, not the re-issue published in 2006. I can't find any references about the matter. The only reference offered for this article refers to the single volume reissue, not the split volume. -- Mikeblas (talk) 14:33, 6 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
