Expand

[edit]

I created this page a while ago and I am slowly working on it. However It still needs to be expanded quiet a bit. I created this page because alot of the specific film's pages were getting cluttered with excess information. Now there is a page for all the information that would be out of place elsewhere. Things I think need more information are the planets in the series, the characters of the series, and the different races of the series. Any help would be apperciated. Where are the other characters?

[edit]

I wonder where are the characters that miss, specially Imman and Jack/Kyra who appear not only in Pitch Black but in the following films (Dark Fury and The Chronicles of Riddick). I also think that many imformation is missing and some parts just dont make sence. Please if soemone has a more specific imformation this is page not only to read but to share.

Inconsistency?

[edit]

I noticed that in the header description it is said

"The Chronicles of Riddick" is also the title of the second film in the series.

but further down it is said

The Chronicles of Riddick ( Main article: The Chronicles of Riddick ) The third feature film in the series,.....

This obviously is not right. I'm not sure which statement is right, so I'll only leave this in the discussion page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cristian.vrabie (talkcontribs) 21:58, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hundreds of instances of fanfiction

[edit]

Does this really need to be mentioned? The same could be said about any other series. I hardly think it's important.72.49.63.26 (talk) 22:15, 13 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Where is this in the page? I looked for it but did not find it.Meatsgains (talk) 22:24, 13 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sequel section

[edit]

I know it's already tagged, but the 'sequel' section badly needs to be cleaned up (and probably shortened a bit). I can do it, but since I haven't been working on this page much before, I wanted to introduce it here first rather than make anybody mad. Oh, btw. Katee Sackhoff has been confirmed: http://www.empireonline.com/news/story.asp?NID=32833 --MattMauler (talk) 18:47, 10 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

M6-117

[edit]

Is M6-117 a moon or a planet? It is called both in the same paragraph, the M6-117 section, which constitutes an obvious error in the article. The script for Pitch Black calls it a planet, and the orrery in the film shows it as a planet. However, I am not changing anything because there might be another source I am unfamiliar with. Hunt for Riddick

[edit]

I am trying to find the flash game "The Hunt for Riddick" but it seems to be unavailable . . . anybody know where I can find it? 71.238.243.98 (talk) 07:26, 15 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge with Riddick

[edit]

The article has nothing but plot information and an overly in-depth overview of the character. The plot summaries are redundant, and the overview can easily be reduced to a paragraph or so. Without a good amount of unique real world info, the article is unnecessary. TTN (talk) 17:59, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I wonder why the Richard B. Riddick article was merged with this article. I disagree with TTN about the plot summaries being redundant, he is a major character of a major franchise that should have his own article. I read the original article and it has a bio that is, in my opinion, the necessary characteristics of a character, that other major characters (such as Captain Kirk) have. I would like to see the talk page of the merge section of the original Riddick article. I can't find it anywhere. Shadow Android (talk) 22:57, 17 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Chronicles of Riddick: Into Pitch Black (2000)

[edit]

Shouldn't the 2000 1-hour TV movie Chronicles of Riddick: Into Pitch Black (IMDB page here) also be mentioned? – AndyFielding (talk) 05:22, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

What happened to the (future) underverse movie?

[edit]

After Chronicles they mentioned a fuyria AND an underverse movie. They made Riddick but the underverse movie seemed to be memory-holed. Not even a mention of plot ideas or why it got ditched.
