A few questions
[edit]The emo article says the tour was started in the winter of 2004, but then makes no more mention of that year. What happened in 2004? If this sentence is supposed to mean that the first tour took place from the end of 2004 into early 2005, this should be made clear.
Another thing - this sentence was in the article:
- The Taste of Chaos tour featured 15 bands overall.
Which tour? 2004 (if it existed)? 2005 (for which only 14 bands are listed)? It can't be 2006, since that's in the future at this point.
I really don't know anything at all about the tour, but someone who does should clear these things up. Imaginaryoctopus(talk) 03:23, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
2004 Taste of Chaos
[edit]The line-up for the 2004 Taste of Chaos tour is somewhat wrong. Atreyu headlined a tour called the Thick as Thieves tour, which combined with the Taste of Chaos tour for two dates (I'm not sure of the exact dates) in New Jersey. Technically, Atreyu and the bands who toured with them (Norma Jean, Unearth and Scars of Tomorrow) shouldn't be considered as a part of the 2004 line-up. I know they're featured on the DVD for the 2004 edition, but it seems wrong to include them when they weren't officially a part of the tour. That's just my two cents. –Wlmaltby3 03:19, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
2006 US line up
[edit]Are the bands for the US line up the same? If not its sad the UK gets all the best bands... and half the bands will probably become ill and be replaced by some nobody... If Underoath is on the US tour, I will predict that they will not go to Chicago, they have not been to Chicago since the 2004 TOC, and have tours that they have been part of have been scheduled to go through Chicago, they end up dropping that day, and only that day... kinda bogus i think, i mean I personally hate Idaho (dont ask why) but Chicago is one of the US's major cities
Winter 2006 Line Up
[edit]On the second stage there were more bands from Australia each show for each city had a different band not just Bagster. Theses were Triple J Unearthed winners.
Atreyu in 2008
[edit]Atreyu have announced they're headlining the tour in 2008. I didn't want to add it to the page and screw up any kind of formatting but here's the proof. http://www.punknews.org/article/25420 DX927 20:42, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
Lineup for 2008
[edit]Look, I know what everyone has heard on message boards. But there has been no official news about that lineup that everyone keeps posting. Especially not with the source that I added. I'm trying to find some concrete info to prove it. Just give it some time. DX927 (talk) 00:27, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
I know it may not be the official line up, but if it does would that be the Aus lineup as well or just the American one ? WeLsHy (talk) 09:20, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
- Maybe call it "Unofficial lineup for 2008" and then wait and see what the ToC website puts in, then delete the word "unofficial"?--Wehwalt (talk) 11:56, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Taste of chaos.GIF
[edit]Image:Taste of chaos.GIF is being used on this article.
