Comment these are boats though, they're not hovercraft or ekranoplans or submarines. A RHIB is a boat, as is a rowboat, and these Tappers are larger than the US Army's brown water navy patrol boats (swift boats) from Vietnam. Oppose per IP. Per WP:UE, we're not bound to Swedish-language usage. Absent evidence that these are more commonly referred to as "patrol craft" in English, there's no reason to—ahem—muddy the waters. --BDD (talk) 21:01, 20 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
