Rename to which name?

As its original name has renamed to 神戸高速線, I guess we need to also rename this article as well, but which name in English is good?

(Hanshin) Kobe High-speed Line? (consider 高速 means high-speed railway)
(Hanshin) Kobe Kosoku Line? (Use Romaji transliteration of 高速)
(Hanshin) Kobe Rapid Line? (Think that the entire line name is derivated from Kōbe_Rapid_Transit_Railway)
(Hanshin) Kobe Express Line? (Think 高速 is derivated from expressway (高速道路))
