This article needs work. 1 - it is expressed in emotive language, not NPOV. The description of the relations between the owner/builders and the local community is described in terms more fitting for political meeting than Wikipedia. Terms like "exile", "forced labour" and "lorded" are highly pejorative. 2 - the English used deviates far from standard English; partly from the emotive language, but even in cases where the language is unemotive it is clumsy and requires attetion to discern the meanin.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.45.140.222 (talk • contribs)
