o' reilley controversy

[edit]

Ok, I'm kind of torn about this. Because I think the controv is mis characterized. The controversy isn't exactly about his racism, but his ignorance. it's that he views black culture as rap culture. In his defense of his statements, he says that he was trying to say that there is no difference between black and white cultures (i can show you the source). MEANING that what he said can be seen as what he considers all black culture to BE, which many would consider ignorant and/or racist. My problem is that not all of this is sourced, but if something is so basically logical like this, then what? I mean you have to proof things in math, but that doesn't extend to the level of 10+90=100. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.34.172.38 (talk) 09:46, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Undue weight

[edit]

Tagged article, since two-thirds of the article is about Bill O'Reilly rather than about Sylvia's. Balance of article should be restored, one way or the other, such that the article is primarily about its subject. Chubbles (talk) 19:38, 21 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed. Epicgenius (talk) 17:27, 30 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

"Southern" ?

[edit]

If Southern cuisine can be sourced, I propose adding List of Southern restaurants and Category:Southern restaurants. ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:40, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
