I think it should be translated as Strengthening Nation Forum. 强 is not a adj., it is a verb.--刻意(Kèyì) 02:27, 8 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

1) I've added two references about the forum.

2) It's an extremely important forum on the Chinese internet. There are only 2000 google hits in English, but 650,000 hits in Chinese.

Just as a note on *how* important it is. The Baidu-pedia has a picture of Hu Jintao reading the forum.
