Focus on chemical reactions

The whole article is written as applying to chemical reactions. Surely stochastic simulation is a general concept that applies to other kinds of (stochastic) processes? I think it would help if the article is rewritten in a more general form, with chemical processes serving as (one of the) examples.Msnel (talk) 12:59, 29 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
