There's a band stars it should be here?

Um, no, they're at Stars (band). δσώпҹ (talk)(cont) 16:42, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

New Redirect

[edit]

When people type in Stars, many of them don't want to go straight to the Astronomical Star article. So instead, I redirected to Star_(disambiguation) instead. I think it makes more sense. Feel free to add your comments here.

Judging by what links here, I think it's better to redirect to Star. Spacepotato (talk) 20:59, 13 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed. Plural forms should (almost always) redirect to singular, and I don't see a reason for an exception. If you're looking for the band and type "stars", you'll end up at "Star" with a DAB link right at the top. Also, there already is the aforementioned DAB page, a second one just makes things unnecessarily confusing. Retodon8 (talk) 09:18, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Incomplete duplication of Star_(disambiguation)

[edit]

Someone please delete this page. 67.243.6.204 (talk) 18:57, 26 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually it should redirect to Star as per Wikipedia policy. For some reason people often search for plural forms when they're interested in the singular. Retodon8 (talk) 09:18, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
