Eggan's theorem

Also the definitions for Cycle rank are duplicated here, necessitating duplicate maintenance and allowing potential inconsistency. So maybe these definitions should be replaced by a reference and link. Howard McCay (talk) 03:56, 24 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
