Arvanite name

I wonder why this alternative name can be placed per WP:NCGN. WP:NCGN. To sum up: "Nevertheless, other names, especially those used significantly often (say, 10% of the time or more) in the available English literature on a place, past or present, should be mentioned in the article, as encyclopedic information. Two or three alternative names can be mentioned in the first line of the article; it is general Wikipedia practice to bold them so they stand out. If there are more names than this, or the lead section is cluttered, a separate paragraph on the names of the place is often a good idea." As such there are no arguments for this addition, especially at the 1st line of the article & alsi there is no policy to add historical names there.Alexikoua (talk) 06:12, 2 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
