I've tightened the article up a little, emphasised its notability and removed the prod. A Google search for "Southland Astronomical Society" yields over 3,500 hits so it undoubtedly meets WP:GNG. -Arb. (talk) 03:13, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
