Having attended SKS, I know that the school provides individualized instruction to every student. As someone who has consulted with hundreds of schools, I can tell you that not one comes close to matching the resources and caliber of teaching available at SKS. Basketball

[edit]

It is great what the school is doing for these players. It is a shame, however, as it has almost entirely forgot about the rest of its students. 64.89.151.244 (talk) 21:09, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Source for History

[edit]

The History section formerly was based on this page that is no longer on the school website: http://web.archive.org/web/20070728014730/http://www.southkentschool.net/pages/sitepage.cfm?id=5 --Orlady (talk) 17:15, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, yes, that's true. But OTOH it's also a direct copy-paste. Best, Markvs88 (talk) 17:49, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but if someone wants to rewrite it in their own words, that's the source to cite. --Orlady (talk) 17:54, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Recent Media Stories About South Kent

[edit]

I'm removing this entire section. If the external links are useful they can be added as refs, but we don't need a section to serve as an online scrapbook of every mention of the school. Meters (talk) 23:37, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

That's fine. I've added-back as ExRefs, as per your suggestion. Thanks for helping me learn! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ethnic laundry (talkcontribs) 19:25, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
And thewy have been removed again, by another editor. I said they could be used as references if they are useful, not as external links. It's not appropriate to list articles simply because they mention the school. Meters (talk) 20:01, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
They also seem irrelevant to me (I only skimmed them). They're mostly outdated articles about the schools achievements (covered), articles about individual students (irrelevant), and the Youtube link is superseded by the official website. Deunanknute (talk) 20:09, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
