Why did you undo?

[edit]

@Valerius Tygart: Why did you undo my edit? It looks right to me based on WP:MOS. Thanks,  SchreiberBike | ⌨  19:48, 8 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Because I disagreed with many of your changes that are not included in WP:MOS. Valerius Tygart (talk) 20:40, 8 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I just looked over the edit I made and it looks right to me. Could you be more specific?  SchreiberBike | ⌨  21:17, 8 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Really? Your 47 instances of removing the capital C of Canyon is not supported by WP:MOS. Valerius Tygart (talk) 13:46, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I disagree. Smoke Hole Canyon is a proper noun, but the canyon is not, the same way that University of Oxford is a proper noun, but later references to the university are lower case (see MOS:GEOUNITS). That said, I don't care that much. Do you have any objection if I go back and fix the species common name and make the other changes?  SchreiberBike | ⌨  20:55, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
