[edit]There's an error in one of the binomial coefficients listed for 7140:
{7140 \choose 1} = {239 \choose 2} = {36 \choose 3}
239 is an error because 239*238/2 = 28441, not 7140.
The correct value for this binomial coefficient is
{120 \choose 2}
120*119/2 = 7140.

First appearance of the term?
[edit]I conjecture that Rodica Simion's Ph.D. thesis in 1981 was the first occurrence in print of the term that is the title of this article. I find it in a 1989 paper written by others, but there it refers to something else—a conjecture on permutations. Michael Hardy (talk) 12:34, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
