Err

[edit]

Why is this part of the Hawaii wikiproject? How does Silent Mobius in any way relate to Hawaii?

While not being mentioned in her character description here, Katsumi Liqueur lived and worked in Hawaii before she returned to Japan during the events of episode 1. --79.212.87.140 (talk) 02:25, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just need a picture of Mana Isozaki (Headshot), which amazingly, I can't even find on Anime Galeries. net....grr...I ask that somone please find a picture so I can complete her bio in the character's section. Many thanks. -ZeroTalk 1:15 13 November 2005

Ummm

[edit]

That one chick's name is labia. Am I the only one who thinks that's funny? (BTW, I actually am a huge Otaku, not an anime basher.) Crazyfurf

Yes. It might have been funnier if you weren't wrong. Check the spelling again. 12.35.205.226 20:40, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Silent Mobius' future?

[edit]

I was wondering if Kia Asamiya has any plans to truly conclude the anime?Ijust wish I knew how to contact him.But it would all seem moot since I can't write japanese -R.G. 10:14 17 March 2006

Well, he constructed a brief crossover between his manga series some time ago, but that's it. The series is concluded. -ZeroTalk 15:16, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The manga maybe, but the anime just did not have a satisfactory ending.R.G.
I neglected to see the anime. -ZeroTalk 11:35, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There is one release not (yet) mentioned here, named "Silent Möbius gaiden: Bakumatsu Anbu shimatsu ki" (imdb page). Given the Kanji notation サイレントメビウス外伝幕末闇婦始末記 the title would translate to something like "Silent Möbius Additional: A Report of the Story of the Last Act of the AMP". Despite being older than the series (just like both anime movies), this might be covering the missing ending of the anime series, i. e. the events of manga chapter 12; the VHS tape is still available in Japan. Amongst the staff are Nami and Yuki, as well as Katsumi with a different family name (Katsumi Himi), with the same seiyuu as in the anime series. It doesn't have its own entry in Japanese Wikipedia but there's a reference to it on the Japanese Wikipedia page of Kaoru Wada who wrote the music for all Silent Möbius works. --79.212.87.140 (talk) 02:23, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Manga length?

[edit]

Is it 7 volumes, like in the infobox, or 12 like in the article? Is it ongoing, like in the infobox, or has it concluded, like here on the discussion page? Snarfies 01:43, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It is twelve volumes and it concluded a few years ago. I am not sure when the original run finished in Japan, but the final volume was released Stateside in 2003. However, if one counts earlier Stateside releases by Viz in the form of comics or shorter graphic novels, the volume count is significantly higher -A Rally fan

Cleanup

[edit]

The table and images seem to have weird formatting issues with this article. I've tagged the article for cleanup. Any suggestions on how to fix this so it looks better? --Squilibob 02:26, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mobius Klein

[edit]

And mobius klein (precuel)?????????????? And Silent mobius neos (sequel)?????????? Fedeternum

"Möbius Klein" is the name of episode 14, a flashback to the time of the "Projecto Gaia", and as such a prequel in terms of storytelling but a regular episode of the series. In the manga, "Möbius Klein" is in fact a kind of prequel, a separate "volume 0". --79.212.87.140 (talk) 02:03, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Lufa

[edit]

I consider it debatable whether Lufa is Rally's mother. In the manga, Lufa's surname is given as "Cheyenne" but note that Lufa and "Rally's mother" (who is never visible there) have different seiyuus in the TV series.--79.212.61.106 (talk) 21:26, 25 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Incomplete article

[edit]

Thanks for not including the music section, there is no mention on the opening or the ending; you heartless ones. --201.210.48.220 (talk) 18:48, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Manga & Movies

[edit]

Is there a reason why the article seems like it's only about the anime series, treating the rest of the franchise (manga series, movies, ...) as a mere footnote? --MikeZ (talk) 07:10, 27 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Excessive information removed

[edit]

I removed the excessively detailed characters section. This sort of detail falls into WP:Fancruft and is far too detailed for most people. Only die hard fans would be interested.

I created sections for the "manga", film series. There should be more information about those. What exactly is the plot of the film series? Is it a new storyline or does it adapt part of the manga series? --Harizotoh9 (talk) 22:56, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Missing videogames

[edit]

I just added basic info for the 1998 PSX game but there are 2 more games with a few consoles too many for me to start making info box additions.
