Assess : Generally, this is very well done. I understand that in approximately 2010 the article had quite a bit of criticism for being too long, poorly cited or for stylistic reasons. It's certainly shorter today and now appears to have a consistent presentation. Other fraternity articles are much longer, and I don't anticipate the same criticism would apply to this article considering the massive growth of Wikipedia. If you were to add a paragraph or two of properly-cited information in the History section I don't think that would be a problem. You could also note the Founders as a bulleted list. This is an interesting article.
Expand : History, Notable brothers (typically these would have their own Wikipedia articles. Perhaps an expansion of the Philanthropic projects.
Wikify : The list of notable members may be extensive enough to warrant a separate page of its own. Other national fraternities have done so. The chapter list has errors, and is not in the standard format. It is properly linked on a separate page, because it is lengthy, but the table format should follow one of these styles: Omega Tau Sigma or Sigma Delta Rho (to reference two unrelated examples). Indicate if a chapter is active by bolding its name, or if inactive by using italics. A table will allow room where chapter references may point to portal pages, and allow comments on where a chapter came from, interesting facts or its outcome. I removed a listing for a Theta Alpha chapter at (possibly) West Virginia State University, because it said it was in Cedar City, Utah. Also, many of the more recent chapters lack dates for establishment...
