Name
[edit]I'm just curious whether the name derives from the Schwebebahn in Wuppertal, Germany. --Triskele Jim 17:20, 1 October 2013 (UTC)
Proposed personal rapid transit network
[edit]Shweeb is not "a proposed personal rapid transit network based on human-powered monorail cars". It is a "human-powered monorail car". There is a fanciful proposal for a rapid transit network based on it, apparently. Having driven the Shweeb, I can vouch for the fact that there is no possibility that it could be used for a rapid transit system, or that anyone would seriously suggest this.Royalcourtier (talk) 01:51, 13 February 2017 (UTC)
- I agree and the page should be changed. The only proposal is at a leisure resort. I have made some other edits. BTW: it seems odd that Schweeb has a wikipedia page but SkyRide does not, they are very similar. I added a section about SkyRide on the page and also in the ==See Also== Tjej (talk) 03:58, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
