Shrek 5 officially cancelled

[edit]

Its been announced that Shrek is getting a reboot https://variety.com/2018/film/news/shrek-puss-in-boots-reboot-1203020785/ so change the name of Shrek 5 to Shrek(reboot)

Shrek 5 confirmed for May 20, 2023?

[edit]

I have seen a few sources claiming that Shrek 5 will be released on May 20, 2023. Searching up Shrek 5 even yields results for this release date. However, there are other sources claiming that this is untrue. Blubabluba9990 (talk) (contribs) 01:34, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I accidentally hit publish too early, but there are several sources that list a release date of May 20, 2023 if one searches up "Shrek 5 May 20 2023" on Google. I want to make sure this is reliable before I add anything. Blubabluba9990 (talk) (contribs) 01:39, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Shrek 5 will be released in July of 2026 according to this article from Variety. Leuchar55 (talk) 04:58, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
And even that can still be pushed back and delayed. Over the years, we've heard multiple estimates that never panned out. This one sounds the most legit so far, of course, but until a film officially enters "production", anything can happen. -- GoneIn60 (talk) 02:51, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That is true

Chronology

[edit]

Wondering if there should be a "Chronology" section added to the page since I checked out this page.

Please change the main article for the characters in the cast and characters section from "List of Shrek characters" to "List of Shrek (franchise) characters", because the page was moved. 99.209.40.250 (talk) 14:41, 30 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Whitespace?

[edit]

Is anyone else seeing a distressing amount of whitespace between the Films header and the proceeding table? Could we maybe put prose before the table so it's not just whitespace, or is there a technical solution here, assuming anyone else feels it's a concern? DonIago (talk) 15:52, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
