Qualification rules should belong here
[edit]IMO, the section on qualification rules should belong to this article rather than the general article on shooting in the Olympics. These rules have probably changed several times during the Olympic history, and up until the 1970s or 80s have not existed at all (I don't have specific info on shooting, but that was the general rule in the Olympics in those days, except for team sports were qualification began were introduced earlier).--Nitsansh 20:31, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
- That could probably be done. As far as I know, the qualification process was introduced for the 1988 games. -- Jao 20:39, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
- That's 6 Olympic edition out of 25, if I did the math right. And the rules may have changed between those 6 Olympics as well.--Nitsansh 22:35, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
- Right (and they probably have, although not much, I think). It would not be too much work to integrate the info in the 1988–2008 specific articles. -- Jao 05:43, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
