- Video link:

[edit]Just to notify everybody that another article covering this riot (2009 Shishou riot) has been listed for deletion. People interested in this topic should go take a look! Cheers, Madalibi (talk) 14:05, 23 June 2009 (UTC)
Extraordinary numbers
[edit]I have removed some of the unsourced claims about ridiculous numbers of people. 30,000 para-military and 40,000 citizens surrounding a single hotel... do you have any idea how many people that is. Anyway, it sounds quite spectacular to me, and with no source verifying those numbers it would be better just to remain vague. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 20:12, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
Image
[edit]File:Large numbers of para-military police.jpg is a non-free image with improper source information (it's from boxun news, not from flickr), and it doesn't have a a proper fair-use rationale (the "purpose" section doesn't even say why this image is necessary). I really think it should be removed and deleted. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 20:12, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
Fake letter
[edit]his family declared dead man was not able to write sucide note so letter was probably fake, see f.e. http://www.danwei.org/protests/death_note_from_shishou_reveal.php (Tblazko (talk) 19:48, 24 July 2009 (UTC))
