General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: Yes
  • Interesting: No - The current hook is all right, but I feel like there's the potential for other hooks. For example, the fact that high school seniors can pay to assassinate other students, or the fact that some students playing the game were once held at gunpoint with a real gun.
QPQ: Done.

Overall: @Johnson524: Nice work on the article. I just had one question about the hooks. Epicgenius (talk) 19:28, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Epicgenius: Created an ALT1 per suggestions above, but not one about seniors paying other seniors to assassinate targets because (at least from personal experience) this is not allowed in most version of the game. Hope this meets your expectations, cheers! Johnson524 03:36, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for suggesting ALT1, and I understand your point that it's not common for seniors to pay to assassinate other seniors. Although both hooks are fine, I prefer ALT1. Epicgenius (talk) 03:38, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Johnson524: The source says: Another patron, with a concealed carry license, started pulling out his firearm thinking it was a robbery. "It's my understanding that he was in the process of pulling out the weapon and it was displayed," It doesn't exactly say the students were held at gunpoint. Perhaps we could say that it resulted in a school evacuation instead? BorgQueen (talk) 07:55, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@BorgQueen: Fixed! Johnson524 14:44, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Epicgenius: Could you please approve the fixed hook? BorgQueen (talk) 19:46, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The fixed hook is GTG. Epicgenius (talk) 19:51, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
