[edit]I just started this and I am trying to get everything loaded. I've never started a page before so I need time to get it fixed. {{Jms011|Jms011}}
- This appears to be a logical redirect to Storm Chasers (TV series). Has there been any reliable coverage (Facebook is not a reliable source) of this person? VQuakr (talk) 19:03, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
- I am loading in the references now. I was having issues with the reference and went with Facebook to get it figured out. Jms011 (talk) 19:18, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
I have added seven references and have removed the Facebook reference. I believe that the article is now fit and sound. Fixed the info-box error. Jms011 talk) 20:15, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
When was he born? I'm pretty sure he's not 109. Other than that and some kinks in the info-box, the article seems good. Battleaxe9872 Talk 20:25, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
If you are a fan of Reed Timmer, please don't remove content from Sean's page to make Reed look better. This is to show a biography of Sean's work in IMAX and the TIVs. Jms011 talk) 04:30, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
- His birth year needs to be specified. I'm pretty sure it's the 1960s. serioushat 07:55, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
Sean Casey removed the birth year himself. Do NOT put the birth year in the infobox. It is not 1960. Jms011 talk) 12:15, 11 July 2010 (UTC
And just how do you know who removed it? The edit was done by an anonymous editor, so there is no way you know who what person is/was. If there is a reliable source which give Sean's birth date, then it can be added back to this article. Unless you have some credentials to back up your edits, please stop acting like you own every article about Storm Chasers, TIV, and Sean Casey. Per WP:OWNERSHIP, it is bad etiquette to tell people what they can and cannot do to an article, so as long as they are not vandalizing it, regardless of how much editing to it you may or may not have done. And to accuse other editors of being Reed Timmer fan boys, just because you do not agree with their edits, is very poor etiquette. --Rapier108 (talk) 09:09, 31 December 2010 (UTC)
I am Sean Casey. Do not put the year in for my birthday. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.150.255.41 (talk) 04:02, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- Not likely, since Sean lives in California and your IP address is from Jacksonville, Florida. But if by chance you are, create an account and contact an admin about your concerns. Any anonymous IP address can make a claim of being someone, but that doesn't make it true. --Rapier108 (talk) 08:28, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
This is getting out of hand. Rapier, lets agree to abide by the cease and desist. No posting of personal info on this article. Jms011 talk) 04:14, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
- I restored your comment which was erroneously deleted several days ago. However, you cannot simply delete other users' comments from talk pages. That is not the way it works. Please read the Talk Page Guidelines and especially the section on Editing Comments. Deleting other members comments is generally prohibited, so please don't do it unless the comment(s) falls into what the guidelines says can be edited/removed. --Rapier108 (talk) 05:43, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
Now, as for the fairly inane controversy over Sean Casey's birthday. As of right now, only anonymous users have demanded it be removed. None of these editors are located even close to where Casey lives (Southern California) and impersonating others on Wikipedia is clearly prohibited. If Casey really has a problem with his full birthday being listed, then he needs to do as I suggested earlier, contact an administrator and explain his concerns. I'm sure Wikipedia would be more than willing to accommodate his request, but it has to come from something more than a random IP address. If his birthday can be found from an approved source, than I am going to add it back as this is how Wikipedia works. Verified and sourced material cannot simply be excluded because anonymous editors say it should be. --Rapier108 (talk) 05:44, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
