More Ratings

So, I'm wondering if we should add a ratings chart, seen on most popular TV show episode pages. This is mainly because though Scream got only 1.03 million views live, with L+3 (Live plus 3 day delayed viewing), they managed to get around 6 million viewers, which I think should be counted for. Source. I myself would do a chart but I don't know how.

(Also don't know if this is in the right section sorry.)

If they added it with the L+3 views then every other show that airs on TV. I know the ratings aren't that good (compared to other MTV shows) so adding in more views from another course doesn't look good either way. Just the final viewers on air night is fine and if it's a low number, then oh well it happens./ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.96.106.186 (talk) 23:49, 15 July 2015 (UTC)

Why was the kill chart needed

I don't think we had that in the scream movies so why was it needed here? Spoiler I'll be honest here tho I just wanted to check the audience that the last episode had and accidentally noticed a text saying "Killed by Piper" before i watched the episode so I could be biased. But still. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 177.237.172.197 (talk) 04:50, 3 September 2015 (UTC)

This section strikes me as non-encyclopedic trivial WP:Fancruft. I'm going to strike this section again, until there's consensus established here for its inclusion (and for the record I'll oppose that...). --IJBall (contribstalk) 16:17, 4 September 2015 (UTC)
I have also been removing that chart, since its first appearance in July. I asked the author to seek consensus at the time, which they failed to do. As far as I can tell, the author is the only one who supports its inclusion. Can we call this a consensus to leave it out? ScrpIronIV 16:41, 4 September 2015 (UTC)

Semi-protected edit request on 29 February 2016

Unsourced material is constantly being added by ScreamingEditor. There are no references at all to back this info. This ameteur editing is hurting the page. That is why I'm making this request. -- MyNameIsASDF (talk) 22:34, 29 February 2016 (UTC)

Removal of spoilers from Cast and characters section?

Should we have spoilers within the Cast or Characters section? I, like I imagine many others, came to check who such and such character was played by, to get hit with a rather unfortunate spoiler from the end of the season. I'd imagine there would be better places for that information, especially from within the main character section. Vampus (talk) 18:58, 9 May 2016 (UTC)

Yeah, thanks for the spoilers. I just starting watching the 1st episode, was looking to see who played one of the characters & got ruined on who the killer was. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.185.197.28 (talk) 00:18, 16 May 2016 (UTC)

Piper in Season 2

Hi! So someone keeps reverting my edit that says Piper was in Season 1 and 2. So rather than continue edit warring, I decided to bring the topic here. Piper appeared in Season 2. Episode 2 had various archive footage flashbacks, however there was one shot of her sitting in the coffee shop. I went back to see if I could find that scene and I couldn't, so the footage must be new/never before seen, therefore counting as an appearance. I will go back and look again just to be 100% sure but as of now, she appeared in S2. Scream4man (talk) 01:55, 12 July 2016 (UTC)

It's been half a month and you are still doing this. Piper has appeared twice in Season 2. In 2x02, they showed footage of her from a season one episode but they extended the shot, which thus showed us new footage from the scene. In last nights episode, she appeared as a corpse. So Piper is officially a Season 2 character. Scream4man (talk) 01:49, 28 July 2016 (UTC)
This is still going on. I honestly don't know how many ways I can say it: Piper is in Season 2! She appeared in extended archive footage and as a corpse twice! Scream4man (talk) 02:10, 18 August 2016 (UTC)

Slasher?

Considered slasher? Why? This is just horror. Even a similar TV series like Scream Queens doesn't have that information as slasher TV series. Roif456 (talk) 01:38, 3 September 2016 (UTC)

Halloween Special Cast

Certain editors keep continuously adding actors Alexander Calvert, Zena Grey, Alex Esola, and Lindsay LaVanchy as recurring cast members, although they have only appeared in Scream’s Halloween Special, which consists of two episodes. Is this appropriate or removable? I believe this is removable, but if appropriate, should we include actors Lindsay Musil and Bryce Romero, who portrayed Ava Miller and Grayson Pfeiffer in the first season, as recurring cast members? They also guest starred in two episodes. Thank you! IVictorious101 (talk) 19:42, 25 July 2019 (UTC)

Season articles

@Joeyconnick: @*Treker: @Onel5969: Can I split List of Scream episodes to Scream (season 1), Scream (season 2) and Scream: Resurrection? 94.237.76.31 (talk) 06:50, 21 May 2021 (UTC)

@Joeyconnick: Like with Scream Queens (season 1), Scream Queens (season 2), and Twin Peaks (season 3), there is enough information for them. 94.237.76.31 (talk) 08:33, 21 May 2021 (UTC)

I think it could be a good idea if we would include more reviews of each season.★Trekker (talk) 20:16, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
Yeah, no... per WP:SPLIT and especially MOS:TVSPLIT, there is no reason to split into separate articles, especially given there won't be any additional seasons. As per guidance, we would need at least 70 to 80 episodes to warrant splitting. —Joeyconnick (talk) 16:32, 22 May 2021 (UTC)
