Improvements as per request
[edit]MrOllie,
I have updated the page as per request. For your knowledge, I am not the person you have communicated with regarding the tutorial.
If you believe there is a conflict of interest, please advise me on what is not presented from a neutral point of view. Merely being affiliated is not sufficient cause by itself to flag conflict of interest.
It has always been our hope that people in the market research community would contribute. However, you must accept that there is a 'critical mass' effect in that most wikipedians are not going to want to write the whole page themself. Our contribution is merely to get that critical mass.
If you believe that Sawtooth fails the notability test, then you should forward that concern to an editor who has domain knowledge in market research, since ours and other market research firms are not the kind of names you would find on a shelf.
