Sanremo Tennis Cup → Sanremo Challenger – this tournament is the same of the long time ago held in the same city. Looking at the official website from the club, https://www.sanremotennisteam.it/2021/08/16/tennis-sanremo-il-circolo/ last paragraph, i'd say probably, if they will enlist also this edition's winner/s.
