In the former "references"" section the proper code was not activated, so I put the 2 notes in the paragraph "sources".Adrian Comollo (talk) 21:43, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

This article is written like an advertisement, " Even with its large student body, the College maintains a student to faculty ratio of just 20 to 1. Since 1948, the College has focused on providing individual attention and personal care to each student."

It contains meeting information (times) and out of date information.

It needs to be updated, restructured, and made to look incredibly more professional. Jhunt47 (talk) 00:23, 17 May 2011 (UTC)

That may be my fault in restating what was provided by the college's website. I agree the "just" phrasing needs to be removed in order to remain objective and the second statement needs to be worded in more quantifiable standards like small class sizes and availability of the instructors.

This is my first page so I'm still getting a handle on everything and learning the ropes so I appreciate your patience and constructive feedback. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SLCCDGentry (talkcontribs) 16:28, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

You cannot copy and paste content from the college website this is copyright infringement it has to be written in a neutral tone. Theroadislong (talk) 16:33, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

Ok, removed the statement that was restated and instead put an explanation of the school's purpose.

Does this need to be referenced at all? — Preceding unsigned comment added by SLCCDGentry (talkcontribs) 17:04, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

Is there any hope of having others flag "advertising" content? I have changed the previously mentioned issues but don't know if there are additional issues you noticed, Jhunt47?Dgentry 17:23, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

I also removed the three dead links at the bottom. I am unsure what Jhunt47 was referring to by the meeting information.

Anything out of date should be updated if possible, though please understand that up until a couple weeks ago, nothing had been updated since 2006.

Also, what were you referring to when you say "updating", "restructuring", and "look more professional", Jhunt47. Do you have an example page that we can reference? Dgentry 17:34, 7 October 2014 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by SLCCDGentry (talkcontribs)

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Salt Lake Community College. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
