[edit]Link 10 is incorrect. It should link to www.spiegel.de but actually links to another, unrelated article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.95.207.159 (talk) 18:11, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
Edit war.
[edit]Edit war at Sahra Wagenknecht: Please stop at once. There is not one single comment here. There has been no attempt to reach a consensus. There is no excuse for refusing to work toward a solution. If you don't both care enough to discuss, then you should abandon your edits. sinneed (talk) 04:58, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
- Most of the discussion regarding this and related pages can be found at Talk:The Left (Germany)#"Totalitarian" and "extremist". You're probably right that the issue should also be noted at this page. --Linkswechsel (talk) 05:19, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
- Jörg ÖA (talk · contribs) edits several Die Linke-related articles, but all edits go in the same direction, namely trying to smear the party as 'extremist'. My understanding is that this is a consistent drive for pov-pushing, and thus easily revertable. Do note that Linkswechsel (talk · contribs) has sought dialogue on this article at User talk:Jörg ÖA on Nov 17 and Nov 18. --Soman (talk) 05:40, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
Stop reverting and talk or, if you don't care enough, flag the article for PoV, make your notes here and stop editing it. sinneed (talk) 13:53, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
Since, clearly, the neutrality of the article is in doubt, I have flagged it. I also have added warning flags to your pages so you will have an opportunity to pause for a moment. Please do. sinneed (talk) 13:56, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
Personal Life section, sourcing and bio living person
[edit]To follow Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons guidlines the 'Personal life' section has to have a certain assertion removed. I very much doubt the source contains that statement. A recent magazine article HERE simply says there has been gossip to that effect and does not mention that this was 'announced' as it surely would if it in fact had been. Anyway the content is out of line with WP:NOTSCANDAL "Articles and content about living people are required to meet an especially high standard, as they may otherwise be libellous or infringe the subjects' right to privacy." Even if that newspaper piece did containing support for the assertion it would not be sufficient for virtually stating the assertion as a fact in Wikipedia's voice. ('Anounced') The subject of the allegation would need to be the source to have that kind of phrasing in the article. Overagainst (talk) 17:14, 13 April 2012 (UTC)

Aufstehen
[edit]"She has been a controversial figure throughout her career due to ... her political movement Aufstehen". I doubt that statement. Aufstehen was a non-starter, which would have got zero interest on the national level if it would not have been for Wagenknect. If anything is true, it is the statement that Aufstehen is or was controversial due to her. That Aufstehen shaped her perception is nonsense.--146.227.239.13 (talk) 18:28, 14 March 2022 (UTC)
Anti transgender
[edit]It's a bit strange that her anti-trans political views are left out here where other contemporaneous facts are left in. Talonx 77.191.144.194 (talk) 12:12, 1 February 2023 (UTC)
Shes a Fighter for Soziale Marktwirtschaft
[edit]Hi, what is missing here, is that sarah wagenknecht, whos where everytime an counterpart, fighter against the mainstream each in her party, is not more an communist, shes for kapitalismus with safetyrules and airbag for human 2A01:598:990F:4D89:1:2:34F4:F493 (talk) 22:25, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
- I very much doubt that. According to https://www.focus.de/politik/nach-landtagswahl-in-hessen-und-bayern-wagenknecht-gruendet-ihre-eigene-partei_id_204167655.html (and pretty much the same is reported in any other newspaper) her new party wants government to control prices, wages, and determine what companies produce (those "Kontrollorgane" mentioned will be government, what else?). That is the exact contrary to any Soziale Marktwirtschaft.--31.94.19.146 (talk) 13:34, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
- In her Book Freiheit statt Kapitalismus (Freedom instead of capitalism) she refers to Walther Euckens Ordoliberalism-Theorie, and the Idea from Walther Eugens and the old Cancellor Ludwig Erhard. Its a economy with a state who make the rules (not the companys), but no Socialismus. The term is used too fast.
- Shes definitely not a communist
- Its A new-Soziale Marktwirtschaft + a little bit of Socialismus and more Democracy-Idea
- Wagenknecht herself described her idea of a new economic policy as “creative socialism” in her 2013 book Freedom instead of Capitalism. By this she meant a “market economy without capitalism” and a “socialism without a planned economy” and differentiated herself from communism (here a source for example [1]https://www.deutschlandfunkkultur.de/von-umsturzgeschrei-keine-spur-100.html)

- Who do you actually want to impress with your German? If you know German, read the German sources and books, then you wouldn't say such nonsense, as you can see that you can't answer anything to my evidence (sorry if your not german) SalleWinter (talk) 14:15, 12 November 2023 (UTC)

Millionaire
[edit]In contrast to many other members of the Bundestag, Wagenknecht is a millionaire. I have added this documented information. If you have any questions, please write here.--Fk Wagenknecht (talk) 09:34, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
Overview article
[edit][2] I read this yesterday and it is pretty interesting. I had never heard of Wagenknecht before. I also saw a little bit of a TV interview between her and Glenn Greenwald, with Greenwald asking questions in English and Wagenknecht answering in German (with English captions). The video is linked from the Unherd article. I'll defer to others about whether to use any of it on Wikipedia, here in SW's biography or in the BSW article or wherever. 2601:644:8581:75B0:0:0:0:C030 (talk) 23:11, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
