According to the Prince Abbas Mirza Farman Farmaian article, Mansoureh Ettehadieh (b. 1933-) married Dr. Nezam Mafi (b. 1924-2000). Is this the same person? The dates are about right. We know he was active in the 1950s and had died by 2009, so a 1924 birth date and 2000 death date fit well. I can't find any sources to support this connection, although it seems plausible.
