Local newspapers may have the answer

Re: " It is not clear why the split, nor why the district reverted to three campuses during the late 1990s." You may be able to find the answer if you go to the microfilm desk of the library holding copies of the local newspaper. The newspaper articles from the 1990s should explain why.
