New section: "The voice"

This section appears to have been lifted from somewhere, possibly from a book by James A Drake, Rosa Ponselle: A centenary biography (see [1]). A search for the text on Google throws up several sites with the same text. It ought at the least be referenced; it might be a violation of copyright, since it seems to have been copied wholesale.
