Romanov Empire (state with limited recognition) → Romanov Empire (micronation) – This is a micronation, clearly not a state with limited recognition like Northern Cyprus, though it indeed aspires to become the latter. Pharos (talk) 21:06, 5 August 2018 (UTC)

- Support Absolutely. Shouldn't have been moved from that title in the first place. Celia Homeford (talk) 14:34, 6 August 2018 (UTC)

[edit]To all interested; I think it makes sense to add a paragraph about Bakov's numerous attempts to buy/lease land in various countries, where we have reliable journalism on the topic (from the Guardian, BBC, etc). I don't think it's worth including the various material sourced to him directly or the entire 'Bylaws, insignia, structure' section, which is essentially entirely invented and poorly sourced. —Ganesha811 (talk) 13:34, 2 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Ssr, do you have any thoughts on this suggestion? —Ganesha811 (talk) 04:39, 5 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Ganesha811: I am very happy that someone finally helps me with normal copyediting. The article surely needs it long ago, and I am alone is not capable because it's a collective task. Do you have particular questions? -- ssr (talk) 05:01, 5 November 2023 (UTC)
- Yes, what are your thoughts on my proposal above: "it makes sense to add a paragraph about Bakov's numerous attempts to buy/lease land in various countries, where we have reliable journalism on the topic (from the Guardian, BBC, etc). - @Ganesha811: Sorry for delay! I got my videocard broken, so I couldn't use a PC normally in a while (sorry). The "Bylaws, insignia, structure" were introduced by Kaliforniyka in this diff from 30 January 2015. That's not even my diff, so I am no responsible for it... I was not going to name paragraph in such way... So I think you can edit it in the way it should be as soon as user Kaliforniyka supports this! -- ssr (talk) 10:36, 8 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Ssr and Ganesha811: I introduced it in this diff (next one) and it was fairly brief. I agree any land purchases in an attempt to add legitimate territory is important, especially if there are secondary sources available. —МандичкаYO 😜 01:02, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
- Alright! I'm going to take a shot at modifying the article in line with the discussion above. I think we can come to consensus through discussion and counterediting as needed. —Ganesha811 (talk) 17:47, 12 November 2023 (UTC)
