Dear Sir or Madam:

My name is Alan S. Clarke, and I am Robert Sepulveda’s attorney. It has come to my attention that some of the information on my client’s biographical page (found at the following URL: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Robert_Sep%C3%BAlveda_Jr) violates your “biographies of living persons policy.”

As you well know, your policy requires reliable sources to ensure truthfulness and verifiability. Indeed, the policy goes so far as to require removal of “contentious material about living people that is unsourced or poorly sourced.”

Unfortunately, Mr. Sepulveda’s page contains information that is unsourced and defamatory. Specifically, Mr. Sepulveda’s page alleges -- without citation -- that he has a former name/alias of Vincent Romen, and that Mr. Sepulveda engaged in sex work using that name.

Thus, please see to the immediate removal and permanent ban of any undocumented or unreliably sourced mention of “Vincent Romen” from Mr. Sepulveda’s page. For example, the sentence reading: "During his college years Sepúlveda Jr. worked as an escort to pay his way through college and to pay his rent, under the name Vincent Romen" must be removed. Neither citation verifies the name "Vincent Romen."

I appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Regards,

Alan S. Clarke, Esq

This is probably not the best venue for this discussion. I recommend that you open a ticket on Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard. If the information on the Robert Sepúlveda Jr. article is incorrect, it could be properly excised/deleted. Jim1138 (talk) 17:24, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
