– The subjects here are a father and son. However, it is not clear that the son is more notable than his father for the purposes of claiming WP:PRIMARYTOPIC rights over their shared name, and year of death is not generally an appropriate choice of disambiguator except as an absolute last resort if all other possible options fail — even on DE, where they both have longer articles than they have here and editors are likely to have a much more solid sense of comparative notability due to greater familiarity with the subjects and their sourceability, both titles are disambiguated rather than one being deemed more notable than the other. And although they were both businessmen, the son's notability claim derives from the business career itself, while the father's derives more from being a political officeholder than a businessman per se — so the most appropriate option here is to disambiguate them as "businessman" and "politician", with a dab page at the plain title per WP:TWODABS since neither one has a clear claim to primary topic. If we support first, oppose second and add third, the Richard Kaselowsky disambiguation page would contain 1) Richard Kaselowsky (businessman), 2) Richard Kaselowsky (died 1921) and 3) Richard Kaselowsky (born 1921), each of the three being disambiguated with a qualifier form different from the other two.    Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 03:45, 9 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
