Upcoming Changes

[edit]

During these next two weeks, I will be removing excessive detail and invalid sources, expanding the lead to adequately reflect the article's entirety, and ensuring that equal emphasis is placed on each section. These changes will be done in accordance with WP:NOT and can be found at User:Aleah H./sandbox-renatozanella prior to publication.

Deleting Details

[edit]

I have begun deleting potentially extraneous information in order to meet the WP:BALASP expectations.

I am deleting information regarding:

  • Ballets that were not originally choreographed by Zanella
  • Short programs and solos that were choreographed by Zanella
  • Directors, composers, costumers, etc.

This information has been removed in order to highlight Zanella's role in creating original, full-length performance pieces. If this information has been removed in error, it can be recovered from my sandbox as mentioned above.

Reorganizing Sections

[edit]

I would like to reorganize this article by splitting it into genre sections instead of time periods. These proposed sections will include:

  • Ballets
  • Operas
  • Special Projects

I considered including sections for Festivals and Short Programs/Solos, but that information may be too niche for a general audience. If other users feel that these sections would be a beneficial addition, please feel free to add them.

Title Translations

[edit]

Is every performance title translation needed or can we trust that interested users will conduct that research on their own?
