Correction of Name

[edit]

Sir , It's not Rama , It's Ram. The name 'Rama' is not used at anywhere in Ramayan. So, fix it as Ram instead of Rama. 2409:40C1:A:83A1:8C1E:B3FF:FEED:446C (talk) 15:18, 31 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

That's complete wrong. The name is Rama - however across Indian languages, there are other forms of the name popular like Raman, Ram etc. Wikiforhistory (talk) 18:06, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You're incorrect. Look up schwa-deletion. Chronikhiles (talk) 11:11, 16 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Each Yuga Cycle lasts for 4,320,000 years (12,000 divine years) with its four yugas: Krita (Satya) Yuga for 1,728,000 (4,800 divine) years, Treta Yuga for 1,296,000 (3,600 divine) years, Dvapara Yuga for 864,000 (2,400 divine) years, and Kali Yuga for 432,000 (1,200 divine) years. As per the Institute for Scientific Research on Vedas (I-SERVE), planetarium software has ascertained the birth of Lord Rama as 10th January 5114 BC in Ayodhya. The same details were entered in the Planetarium Gold software to determine the important dates in the life of Lord Ram vis-à-vis the present planetary positions and zodiac constellations and calculated that Ram was born on January 10, 5114 BC, which means top say 7,133 years ago Something is missing....we know according to Hindu text Lord Rama was born in Treta Yuga. A divine year lasts for 360 solar (human) years. If we acknowledge the time of 7133 years it should of divine years i.e (7133*360)= 2567880 human years or To prove this point...Satya Yuga last for 4800 years........so (12000-7133)divine year is 4867 divine years..... Lord Rama exactly born after Satya Yuga....about 24000 human years after treta Yuga started.....say something about my thought on this

Calculation oflord Rama born date is in human years or in divine years 152.58.183.217 (talk) 09:18, 8 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In the cited source no. 56 Hindery 1978, pp. 98–99, Kusha and Lava are not mentioned, while they are mentioned in the sentence citing it.

The sentence should be corrected to be in sync with the cited source. Riteze (talk) 03:36, 10 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
