Yet again I have reverted two unexplained and incorrect changes made on the article page to the name of Sylvia Nagginda, Queen Sylvia of Buganda. Both of these most recent instances of vandalism originate from a single IP address (196.0.54.83) apparently located within Uganda (established via http://www.iplocation.net/index.php), and occurred within one minute of each other on 6 January 2014. The first of these changes was to the name text in the article page's Infobox (person), which triggered the edit to be tagged by a filter as suspicious (possible BLP issue or vandalism). Adequate verification of the correct name to be used in this article can be found on various external web sites, e.g. http://www.nnabagereka.org/.
