Fare-free transit in Tallinn

Although I have no connection to Tallinn, I became aware of the apparently successful experiment in that city, which is an important example for cities large and small everywhere.

When I read the article "Public transport in Tallinn", I found it hard to find any reference to this, so I copied one paragraph to the beginning of the article, and moved another to the beginning of its section.

The article should really be rewritten by a someone local, modifying all references to tickets, ticket prices and zone fares.Mathyeti (talk) 18:28, 15 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
