Merge before move

C Max is part of the complex formerly known as Pretoria Central Prison, since renamed as Kgosi Mampuru II Management Area. It took me quite a while to get it all worked out, but I have documented what I found in both articles. Seeing that the other divisions are unlikely to ever be notable enough to warrant their own articles, and there's not much to say on C Max, which is not a stand-alone prison anyway, I am proposing a merge with Pretoria Central, which I will later propose to rename with its new name.
